Internet Safety Programme

The Academy ICT department will be  rolling out an Internet Safety programme next week. Students will be  learning how to stay safe as well as about the benefits and risks of Internet use.

Whilst we wish to ensure the safety of all students we also will be delivering a session for parents/carers who wish to learn more about how to keep children safe whilst using the Internet.  If your child uses social networks, gaming sites or any form of chat room and you would like to know more or simply check you are up to date with current knowledge then we would be pleased to see you.

The sessions will also include a short talk about Quitters, a stop smoking support group run by Linda Blake at the school.

The Parent/Carer session will be held on Monday, 12th December between 5pm – 6pm in ICT lab 2.  I do hope you can join us.

Aye mate! And welcome to limbo! Problem: I have no idea what page you're trying to work on. You need to define a body ID in the template, then turn on the necessary rows and columns in layout.css. Arrrrgh!
