PRE SCHOOL

The Academy has a Pre-School at the Upper Site, Fairisle Road, for children aged 2 years 9 months to 5 years.
Established for over 20yrs this is a small but very friendly pre-school. It has four fully trained members of staff which provide a safe, clean and fulfilling environment which cover all areas of a child’s learning. In addition to this the pre-school offers;

* an impressive selection of play equipment
* an environment where children learn through play
* a safe outside area
* regular visits from storytellers, dentists, firefighters, police officers and many more
* a service deemed ‘good’ in all areas by Ofsted

In addition to this the pre-school works fully towards the Early Years Foundation Stage and is also supported by the Learning Alliance. Children are accepted from 2 years, 9 months and are government funded the term after the child’s 3rd birthday.

PARENT & TODDLER GROUP

Running during term time between 9.30 and 11.30 Oasis Lordshill provides an excellent parent and toddler group where children can learn and meet other children through play.

Parents and carers can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee whilst the children can also enjoy a healthy mid morning snack.
