Careers Guidance

The Academy has its own dedicated Careers Advisor. Careers education at the Academy is embedded within the curriculum, right from start of Year 7, students are encouraged to consider their future aspirations. Careers guidance is available at most of our Parents Evenings and most of the local colleges visit at key times. We have many visitors that come to the Academy to talk about work related learning, apprenticeships and other related topics. We also encourage students to look beyond the walls of the Academy and explore work experience opportunities.
