Student Achievement

In summer 2017, Oasis Academy Lord’s Hill was proud to celebrate its best ever examination results.

Overall progress was further improved compared to 2016, including on the new ‘Progress 8’ performance measure. Attainment in both English and Mathematics was improved on equivalent figures in 2016, particularly in English where we saw an increase of 9 percentage points in terms of the proportion of students achieving a standard pass (grade 4+).

Headline results were as follows:

  • Our Academy’s Progress 8 score = -0.12
  • Our Academy’s Attainment 8 score = 41.8 points
  • Percentage of pupils who achieved grade 4 or above in English and Maths at the end of KS4 = 53%
  • Percentage of pupils entering for the English Baccalaureate = 12%
  • Percentage of pupils who have achieved the English Baccalaureate = 4%
  • Percentage of students staying in education or employment after Key Stage 4 (destinations) = 90%

Many of our students achieved outstanding examination results.  Congratulations in particular should go to the following students who were our highest performers:
