Oasis Hub Lord’s Hill offers services and activities in the local area. The Academy in Romsey Road provides a host of great facilities for the local community. A wide range of Adult Learning opportunities, sports and leisure facilities, fitness classes and other community services are available.

Pilates Beginners/improvers

Improve your flexibility, develop a strong core whilst improving coordination and balance.

Fee: £5 per session (bring your own mat)

Line Dancing Beginners/Improvers

Come and join our class, have fun whilst keeping fit.

Day: Wednesday
Start date: Weekly
Time: 7-8.30pm
Fee: £4.50 per session

Yoga Beginners/Improvers

Come and join our Yoga class, learn techniques that will help you to de-stress and improve your health.

Day: Thursday
Start date: Termly – ring for details
Time: 7-8.30pm
Fee: £55 per 10 week course
